Maciej Szczepaniak - Co-driver
In motorsport since 1995. As a co-driver won Poland Championship in 2004, 2005 and 2006. In World Rally Championship Maciej debuted in 1999 in San Remo. He is one of the most titled co-drivers in Poland. Having more than 40 starts in World Rally Championship, he is the most experienced polish co-driver in WRC. He has been Michal’s co-driver since 2007.

Mariusz Ficoń -  Team coordinator
Former rally driver. Between 1988-1998 he won Poland champion or vice champion title 11 times. He participated in Monte Carlo Rally twice. Between 2000 and 2003  he was Seat Sport Poland rally team chief. Mariusz cooperated with the best polish rally drivers. Since 2007 he has been in Michal Kosciuszko’s team.

Natalia Sowińska - Project manager
Warsaw University and Higher School of Tourism and Recreation alumna. Master of Arts and sports manager in one. She has worked i.e in  Krzysztof Holowczyc‘s “Safe Driver Foundation”, Dream Factory marketing agency and Ciszewski Sport Marketing agency. In Michal Kosciuszko’s team Natalia is responsible for marketing and sponsorship projects.
